Accounts and API keys

An account needs a valid e-mail address. You are responsible for keeping your API keys secret and for everything done with them.

If you think a key has leaked, revoke it in the dashboard right away. We may revoke keys that are being abused.

Free use and limits

Every account gets 120 minutes of audio per month for free. Concurrency and streaming limits are in the docs.

We may change the limits; changes are announced on the site.

Acceptable use

Only send audio you have the right to process. Informing the people in a recording and obtaining any consent is your responsibility.

You may not use the service for unlawful content, to get around the limits or to overload the system, and you may not resell it without written permission.

Your content

Your recordings and transcripts stay yours. We process audio only to produce the transcript you asked for; we store neither the audio nor the text. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Model training and location

Audio sent on the free and standard plans is not used for model training today. If we ever want to change that, we will announce it here first and offer an opt-out.

The model is ours and currently runs on our server in Europe. Enterprise agreements guarantee in writing that audio is never used for training and that the model is served from Turkey.

Availability

The service is provided as is. There is no uptime commitment on the free plan. We may change or remove features.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to what you paid for the service in the last 12 months.

Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the current version and its date are on this page.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey; the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction. Questions: patientdesk.ai.
