What you generate is yours

You own all rights to the audio you generate with Alania and the transcripts you get from Duyu. We claim no rights in them, ask for no royalties or revenue share, and you do not need to credit us.

You may use them commercially: monetised YouTube channels, social media, podcasts, audiobooks, ads, games, apps and courses included. Publish them on any platform, sell them and share them again as often as you like.

There is no difference here between free and paid use. Audio you made during the free first month is yours to use on the same terms, with no time limit.

Built-in voices are shared: other customers can use the same voice. So you cannot claim exclusive rights in, or register as a trademark, a built-in voice itself. The recordings you make with it are yours.

Acceptable use

You can use the services for almost anything. What we forbid is fraud and bad intent:

• Impersonating someone without their permission, or presenting words as said by a person who never said them.
• Fraud, phishing, scam calls or content meant to deceive people.
• Harassment, threats, hate speech or any unlawful content.
• Overloading the system, trying to get around the limits, or using other people's accounts.

Voice cloning

Only clone your own voice, or a voice whose owner has clearly agreed. You confirm this when you clone, and the time of that consent is recorded.

For a professional clone you read a sentence shown on screen live, and we check that the reader is the same person as in the uploads.

We review reports from people whose voice was cloned without their permission and remove the voice, and the account if needed.

Labelling synthetic audio

We do not require it. Some platforms (YouTube, for example) may ask you to disclose realistic synthetic content; following the rules of the platform you publish on is your responsibility.

Free use, pricing and limits

For the launch, Alania and Duyu are free for one month on every new account; no card required. After that you pay for what you use. Antalia-2 Mini is always free on the API.

Concurrency, streaming and free-model limits are in the docs. We may change prices and limits; changes are announced on the site in advance.

Accounts and API keys

An account needs a valid e-mail address. You are responsible for keeping your API keys secret and for everything done with them.

If you think a key has leaked, revoke it in the dashboard right away. We may revoke keys that are being abused.

Building on the API

You may build the API into your own apps, services and products and offer them to your customers. Only reselling plain API access under another name needs our written permission.

What you send

The text, recordings and cloning samples you send stay yours. We process them only to produce the result you asked for. We do not store audio or text; only what you choose to save (saved voices, your pronunciation dictionary, professional clone uploads) is kept in your account. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Only send content you have the right to send. Informing the people in a recording and obtaining any consent is your responsibility.

Model training and location

The text and audio you send are not used to train our general models. For a professional clone, your uploads are used only to build your own voice. If we ever want to change that, we will announce it here first and offer an opt-out.

The models are ours and currently run on our servers in the Netherlands (EU). Enterprise agreements guarantee in writing that data is never used for training. If your data must stay on your own infrastructure, you can license the models and run them on your own servers.

Open-source models

Antalia-2 Mini's weights are published on Hugging Face under Apache-2.0. When you run the weights yourself, that licence applies; these terms cover the service we run.

Availability

The service is provided as is. There is no uptime commitment on the free plan. We may change or remove features.

Liability

You are responsible for the content you generate and how you use it. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to what you paid for the service in the last 12 months.

Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. Your right to use what you generated before stays even after an account is closed.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the current version and its date are on this page. An update never narrows, after the fact, your rights in content you already generated.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey; the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction. Questions: patientdesk.ai.
